The present day Carroll bears absolutely no relation to the Newcastle Carroll or the one I saw make his England debut not too long ago. I have no doubt that he will eventually find his early career form - I do have major doubts however that even when he does, his style of play will still not suit us.

Perhaps 'someone' should make an official complaint to the police about the Suarez/Evra case - compelling them to investigate?? I'd trust them over the FA

Two kids with massive price tags this summer - Henderson and Jones who both have massive futures. Jones wont start today though will he. -
Flanno is obviously a good lad, confident too, but it is up to Kenny to make sure today's experience doesnt set him back. That said Kuyt should have been the one to play in front of him today - a right side comprising of an 18 year old and 20 year old making his proper home debut was a gamble too far in my opinion.
