Foxtrot

Pathetic? Feel sorry for the lad.

Well, I'll be happy to add Carroll to our "strongest XI" when he's actually played a couple of games.

Aye.

Substitutions please!

Fixed.

Touts outside the Stadium then? Alright, thanks all. Been to the Globe a few year back. So I guess I'll catch the Sparta game there. And West Ham!

Anyone know how big the Di Benedetto investment in Fenway is? Is there a clash of inerests issue here?

Just found out I'll be going to Wonderful Copenhagen 22 feb and was wondering if anybody have a spare ticket to sell for the FCK v Chelsea game. Or put out feelers. Ask friends and such. I'll be in town for the Sparta game as well. Where to catch the game? Since John Bull's closed I've been without a footie pub in Cph. Agger's bar worth a visit? Any help appreciated!

Still a shame the way he left. Ruined a lot of good memories. It was less than two weeks ago that I still loved him to bits. Told my new girlfriend (who doesn't know shít about footie and who was watching her first LFC game v Wolves) all about him when he scored the brace. Oh well...

Did he have anything nice to say about us? Or was he only proud to be joining the plastic shíthouse?

Do we know that? Or was it a Sky Sports "understands"?

Exactly. Can we now resign Xabi please?

Do we know he'll be on 80 grand?

FFS, come on Fenway, offer them £20M and get the deal done!

Yeah, but is he coming?!

Man, that's just f***ing brilliant!

That's rent a quote Mino Raiola, thou. Reads that he's negotiating a better pay package.

That'd be bliss!

Guardian: "Bruce is a long-standing admirer of the Villa left-winger Stewart Downing, who cost the Midlands club £12m when he joined from Middlesbrough. Although Downing has previously enjoyed a successful loan spell at Sunderland from Boro, Villa sources are adamant that Downing is not for sale. On the contrary, Houllier's view is that Downing is ideally equipped to create numerous goals for Bent, while reviving both their England careers."

This lad looks the part. Who does he play for currently?

Don't know who Jen Chang is but I like what he's saying here. Most conrete stuff to date and I choose to believe all of it!

He sure would add some bite in out forward line.

Aye, get him in!

Here's an interesting piece - and quite to the contrary to the headline it's a come and get me if I ever saw one: Urby Emanuelson's agent has played down reports linking Liverpool with a move for the Ajax defender. Reports have suggested Liverpool have targeted the Dutch international to help solve their problematic left-back position. Emanuelson's future at Ajax has been the subject of speculation for some time with the player rejecting a new deal at the Amsterdam ArenA and his contract expiring in the summer. New Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish is thought to be keen to bring in some new faces to freshen up the squad at Anfield and Emanuelson has been mentioned as a possible target due to his versatility in that he can play in defence or midfield. Emanuelson's, representative, Brian Berkleef, insists he has had no contact with Liverpool, but that the Dutchman would consider a move to Anfield if they came calling for his services. "Nobody from Liverpool has contacted us about Urby, but they are a great club and we would be happy to talk to them if they were to contact us," Berkleef told skysports.com. "Obviously there is a lot of clubs interested in Urby as he is a talented player and he is out of contract in the summer. "It is a bit tricky as Ajax could make some money by selling him now, but I think he will stay until the end of the season as he wants to try and win the championship with Ajax. "However, if a good offer arrives and Urby feels good about it he would consider moving this month."
