read something on tlw that dave u was txt'd and said pretty much the same thing. Would be funny to see them spend that amount of money on a player who, is good, but he's not worth that much, shirley?

the problem is the bullet would have deflected of the other family members first sad though why he felt the need.

without a shadow of a doubt imo

i bet the italians would have said the same thing a year ago if you posted this on a fan base site too.

thanks mate

alright mate, apart from the obvious of going to a corner shop which sells that sort of thing, we were going to get ours from this place a quarter of not a bad place and reasonable prices. hope that helps

Getting married on the 28th and we're having trouble doing the tables. We had gone for the idea of old skool sweets, which was nice but the misses said she'd rather i chose something and would be happy if it related to liverpool so i cam across the idea of having a top liverpool 9 with a top manager. Who would be your top 9 players of all time and manager. Formation doesn't matter im not interested in that, example, i currently have on my list: Kenny Daglish Steven Gerrard Robbie Folwer Ian Rush Bruce Grobbelaar John Barnes Alan Hansen Graham Souness John Aldridge Peter Beardsley from just off the top of my head stuff, but know i can get a nice list so what would you choose?

germans looking good again, they play some good football

bbc Liverpool move for Alves stalls Alves has been a long-term target of Liverpool's Rafael Benitez Liverpool's bid to sign Sevilla full-back Daniel Alves has stalled, according to the Spanish club. The Reds have formally tabled two bids for the 23-year-old but have yet to meet the asking price of around £12m. Alves is keen to move to Liverpool, but Sevilla president Jose Maria Del Nido said he wants the Brazilian to stay. "We're 15% away from reaching agreement in terms of what we want and what they are offering. Negotiations halted on Monday. This makes me happy," he said. Del Nido admitted that he had not convinced Alves that his future lay with Sevilla. But he added: "Sevilla doesn't want Alves to leave the club. "It is the player's desire to leave and the tempting deal they (Liverpool) have offered him has been the reason why we have had to sit down and negotiate." Brazilian Alves has been at Sevilla for four years now and impressed during their Uefa Cup success in 2006, most notably in the 4-0 demolition of Middlesbrough in the final.

same, i really would be very excited for next season if he signed. I'd love to see the boy in a red shirt and pinging crosses to crouchy

Rafa's comments (to me) seem to really cement Garcia's futue here at the club. Kewel is a different matter. Rafa's previous transfer dealings have proven something of a "upper hand play card". He's bought players for a very good price who have a done a good job for us, he can do the same with selling. To be fair, with Gonzalez comming in (Harry, Zenden also able to play left side in the squad) I can Imagine Rafa keeping Harry and Gonzalez with Risse able to play in case of injury. That leaves Zenden to fill the middle of midfield, with Xabi, Gerrard, Sissoko with the posibility of Didi leaving, Rafa may move Zenden into the midfield backup rotation. To me it would seem silly to get rid of Garcia and Kewell with both able to play left and or play behind the lone striker if needed.

not sure why you pulled garcia out, Rafa already came out and said he's not for sale and an important member of the squad, especially in big games.

hope they catch them Jerzy and you get your items back, thats a c*** thing to do to someone, i feel for you! YNWA
