Benayoun could be a replacement for Garcia (not offered a new contract) and perhaps Garcia might be used as a makeweight in a Torres deal. Also believe we have to clear out some players before we start buying "like a drunken sailor" eg Cisse & Bellamy, don't believe its budget related but more related to the fact that we probally get a better price if we sold them first before we signed our new target forward. Getting rid of Bellamy & Cisse could be related to the recent G&H review of Rafa's transfers and their return on investment. I know Cisse Rafa inherited but Bellamy was a poor signing whose only benefit might be if we make a profit on him. In general Rafa's signing have being good and when he has made a mistake (eg Josemi) he has corrected it as soon as possible.
