  1. Luca Brasi sleeps with the fishes. Pizza.
  2. This content is not viewable to guests.
  3. Everything points to a forced sale, as long as one of the bids on the table meet Broughton's specification then we will be sold.
  4. Which sucks but as long as we're sold then it just means less profit for them at the back end, the debt is on Kop Holdings and the purchase fee will go towards clearing that. Is that not the case ?
  5. I think that PIK thing makes sense, RBS have them by the plums and are crushing them to make them do what they want. RBS have basically said we will refinance but it will cost you a huge sum, the c*nts have no choice but to accept. RBS then put conditions in to say you must sell the club, it will be a board decision who to and if you do not do this before the end of the transfer window, when the club becomes less attractive to buyers, then it will cost you another 15m. We also need to remember that this is added debt on kop holdings which any takeover will clear, the more debt cleared the less profit for those two c*nts
  6. We'll soon see how much of a c**t he is when he has to vote on our future. Everything before that is just a preamble for me.
  7. Build the stadium, we'll be worth more. Global TV rights, we'll be worth more. Increase fan base and exposure in the worlds largest economy, we'll be worth more. While we've made some inroads in commercial dealings recently we've been hamstrung by our debt and unable to make the big leaps forward needed to realise the potential in the club.
  8. I assume its because the previous round of refinancing forced G&H to accept that Barcap/Broughton would be managing the sale process and signed documents confirming this. They have the right to present buyers of their own which legally have to be considered, I.E. Kirdi, but the ultimate decision is still the boards.
  9. As far as I can tell almost everyone is being fed the same info, potentially from the same root source. All the 'ITKs' on the forums are pushing the same info, all in unison and the journalists are presenting a united front. Mike mentioned something about "their sources being our sources" earlier in the thread, seems like someone centrally involved is running a communication/PR campaign to get the desired message our there.
  10. you're being super coy in this thread Mike...I think I would like to know what you know at the minute.
  11. Feck, this seems too good to be true. Which unfortunately means it probably is.
  12. Jim Boardman "It's not just George who knows Yahya "Solar Power" Kirdi - http://yhoo.it/bbbmHz " Colluding c**ts.
  13. given that he talked about the manc/red knights as much as LFC in a later segment it was pretty clearly a quid pro quo arrangement.
  14. CIC http://www.sportingintelligence.com/2010/08/04/revealed-kenny-huang-tells-liverpool-his-backers-are-c-i-c-worth-330bn-no-proof-of-funds-yet-040806/
  15. I think we'll hear very little for a while now and then some real news. Lets hope its good news.
  16. Yes, his representation of the Kuwaitis is ongoing. Unless I've missed something he doesn't actually say they have an active bid for the club. Sky have spun his words a little and he has let them. In my opinion of course.
  17. Maybe our chairman doesn't want this played out in the press and they've came to an understanding. Who knows ?
  18. Clutching a little here but is it possible that Huang has been told to reign in the PR a bit or it will detrimentally affect his chances?, presumably by Broughton
  19. More from Dan Roan "Breaking: Huang statement: "has registered interest in INVESTING" in LFC but emphasizes "no formal bid". The plot thickens."
  20. 237M to RBS and the rest to the parent company in inter-company loans, effectively G&H, who are charging LFC 10% per annum for all that money of their own they put in.
  21. That doesn't quote verbatim what he said, he definitely says in the past.
  22. Harris doesn't actually say he has a bid on the table. He says that in the past he has represented a buyer, which was the Kuwaitis who were dropped at the last minute, and that it is an ongoing situation. The ongoing situation I took to mean his relationship with that group rather than them making an offer.
  23. I've been thinking that this is to ensure that he can play the media in exactly the same manner as GG will.
  24. I thought the word sovereign indicated that it was backed by a sovereign state ?, not just some rich blokes.
