  1. I agree the majority don't have anything to do with it. And agree that it's not just Forest fans (I forget sometimes about the other lot)... But what gets said in many pubs and bars across Nottingham during TV coverage of our games is a disgrace. It's at a level I've just never experienced in other cities. I do believe it to be peculiar.
  2. I'm not suggesting that at all. Just suggesting that there's a significant proportion of them that are total c**** about it. My post was an addendum to what I'd posted earlier in response to what John Mann said about "All Nottingham Forest fans standing side by side" etc. It's just not true. Living in Nottingham, I come across those with "misguided views" quite often. A lot more than I have done in other cities I've lived in. So much so that I don't ever watch our matches in town. Ever. Too many times have I had to walk out of pubs because of an undercurrent of malicious comment. I've got mates who are Forest fans who are sound, but there's a lot of "it" about. I hope that what's currently going on stymies this. But I think it's too ingrained.
  3. Sadly I agree. Here's some Forest c****.
  4. Then they complained about the 4 match ban Evra got, whilst the groundsman was completely exonerated of being racist. They are c****, they've done this before. This time they've gone too far though, it's not like it's his word against his. There was cameras, mics and over 40,000 people in attendance, with millions watching on TV and no-one heard or saw anything other than Evra being a total t**. That's not to mention the rest of the players on both sides who would have been close enough to hear it during the game. His "10 times" thing is weird. He only had to say he hear it once or maybe twice so he could say the second time confirmed it. 10 times is ludicrous if there's no evidence of it and no-one else heard it.
  5. Aye, he was good. Shame some of what he said isn't really true. Some "Forest fans" are real f***ing w*****s about Hillsborough. Some prefer to believe the S*ns version of events. Maybe because it made them able to disassociate themselves from it at the time. Maybe because they're just total f***ing c****. Cloughie did them no favours.
  6. It was soft. But Adam was running into the box, Ferdinand was the last man and there was contact. A soft foul, but still a foul. Ferdinand got himself out of the 2nd yellow by accusing Adam of diving, the lying, cheating f***ing plug lipped c***.
  7. Suarez Kelly Enrique Good to see Gerrard back, but thought he was (and understandably so) miles behind his best. Will have done him the world of good though, to play 90 mins and score.
  8. Any more contact and it was a straight red.
  9. That was the issue. Very f***ing poor.
  10. spawny f***ing c****.
  11. b******s.

  16. Pretty much it. That the overseas market is only bothered aboutr Us, Them, a*** and Chelsea, no-one (even in Wigan) gives a toss about Wigan, so why are they getting paid revenue derived from Asia? It's logical, but ignores that the Premier League as a whole is the product being sold abroad, not individual clubs or games.
  17. I'd argue that 15-20 of the biggest teams across Europe would make more money if they played each other every week rather than play the equivalents of Wigan, Bolton, Blackburn, West Brom, QPR etc. Like I said, we can stick in the Premier League and abide by it's rules and collectivism, that's fine and all well and good. That makes it more likely an eventuality (or maybe just hastens the day) that the bigger clubs will leave for a European Super League in order to maximise their revenue. And I'm not saying that this is something I want to happen, or think should happen, I just think it's something that will happen. From a commercial POV it makes no sense to subsidise the smaller clubs. They'll never bring in what they take out.
  18. I think there's two sides to this coin. Both are equally valid. One is that we compete in the Premier League and as such, we should abide by the rules of the Premier League and take only our share of the money that the product (the Premier League) generates. That's not us, that's the Premier League. 38 Fixtures each etc. That's the product. Not the constituent parts. However. The biggest clubs want to play each other in the most lucrative way. And the Premier League is currently not providing this for the biggest clubs in it. There's only one logical conclusion that brings.
  19. Enough of this Manc w***. If Gerrard had played for them, We'd be w***ing over him nearly as much as those c**** would, and far more than anyone w***ed over Paul Scholes. Good as he was. And he was. The dirty Manc c***.

  23. I reckon that's about the long and short of it in reality. Mancini has said "get Tevez ready" to an assistant, who's told Tevez and he's said no. Said he's already warmed up. Not realising he's actually been told to prepare to come on as sub. Problem is Man City (and Mancini) don't want to look to look like a right bunch of amateur c**** and Tevez isn't willing to be the fall guy.
  24. I'm worried about Hernandez on Carragher. Like a real homophobe in a gay peep show booth. When does the ref get announced?
