I really think we should get behind Lucas, he's obviously a confidence player that has been deflated by comments and groans when he plays. We have seen a big improvement this year and Rafa rates him to the extent that hes been the best player pre-season (which admittedly is not hard!) We are not going to replace Xabi - ever - hes gone, we need to get over it. What we do have is a different midfielder who will do his utmost for the team especially in these early games, I can see him having a good run in the team the first half of the season which will only be good for the lad Lets get behind the team - jeeze looking at this thread we may as well not bother turning up as we are out of the race before we have kicked a ball!
