Haha 0-3 quality

Tsimikas captain is an interesting one Hope Koumas scores a brace

It is nuts but we said the same about Rice and now he’s definitely worth £100m at least granted it was at a time when £100m wasn’t like some kind of norm for an English player like it is now

Unfortunately for Wirtz he will often be compared to other potential midfielders when a £100m+ price range is discussed Scott has shown he’s suited to this league. Is he able to step up to a club like Chelsea or Liverpool? That’s a different matter but at least the risk of adapting to the league isn’t a concern. I am not in any way saying I want Scott here anyway. Think the days of spending £100m on one signing should be long gone based of recent efforts.

He is in a world where Wirtz cost what he did… but back in the real world yeah he’s not worth that . But the same was said about Rice and that was a few years back before this daft price hike

Lovely goal that for Atletico ruled out

Have we even bothered to try and get it rescinded or can’t you do that for two yellows?

Imagine a time where Liverpool FC face off against PSG in the champions league tomorrow night at Anfield and tickets are still readily available well seems like City can’t sell out for exactly that game. Record revenues eh? https://x.com/mancity/status/2109732488734290185?s=46

I am not arsed about the players…. I want whatever will piss off their fans the most to happen. Which will be the Aguero clip only ever now being used in footage about them being cheats and not used as the biggest highlight of the PL over the decades like it has up to now. Want all the trophies took off them. The owners kicked out and them relegated down a few divisions. Let’s see them wave those f***ing bananas in Kidderminster

I assume this was all above board and they paid full price https://www.thetimes.com/article/296732b2-8c6c-41b1-98e5-6bef16696b14?shareToken=ba73f12f66376ab8783339c7aa21c391 Erling Haaland and dad buy properties on City’s luxury Abu Dhabi development Striker strengthens links with emirate in move announced at event attended by Pep Guardiola. Snap your hand off for £70m for Wirtz

Isak didn’t have an entourage so could sit the the other players I guess. Gakpo was with his family too in their box

Even United fans I work with were hoping for us to win yesterday. Yeah I know City are their derby rivals but in the past they have wanted us to lose in favour of a City win. took a look on Redcafe and the feeling was the same there across the board. Both teams fans aligned with City being cheating c**** but yeah the blue s***e are a different breed altogether

Semenyo wasn’t great yesterday but we should never have let him slip through our fingers. City do look good and Anderson was a very good signing for them. They have lost Rodri and Bernardo Silva and you couldn’t tell aside from not seeing a homeless man running the show week in week out.

His expression on his face when he was on the pitch in a high intensity game was the same expression he had when he was sat on the bench after being subbed. It’s just odd. Never see him looking angry or kicking off at an opposition player, annoyed at himself or have a go at the ref. stealing a living at the moment and am fed up of him

Yeah I feel like I am only really bothered about the champions league but even then the cheating c**** are festering in that somewhere.

Play him against LASK to see what he offers against a team like that. Whereas I am happy for Wirtz to be dropped for a few weeks regardless of (lack of) options and injuries

Am hoping Alonso goes for him seeing as he got a tune from him at Leverkusen… but I’m now beginning to think that was probably more to do with the players around him than Wirtz himself

Yeah he’s a drop off from Robbo but am getting less and less concerned by him but that’s probably down to bigger concerns elsewhere can’t fault his attitude and effort though

Yeah very few chances first half when we were on top. Felt like we needed a blam from Mac or Grav from the edge of the box in the absence of Dom but yeah nothing

Yup didn’t think it was going to be as fierce as Carragher and Neville anticipated it to be but expected better than it was. The ‘cheats’ with every pass at the end was good and should have been going on from the start throughout

I’ve criticised it today and wasn’t there and have criticised it when I have been at games too. it’s just a different type of crowd unless it’s a Champions League game which I go to due to being in ACS but f***ing nigh on impossible getting one for premier league games
