Is it not like if all the premier league clubs and owners are clients of the premier league, PGMOL are also employed by the premier league and then are taking extra paid sub-contract work to go and work for one of the clients of your contracted employer? Isn't that a clear conflict of interest that could result in preferential treatment? I don't know enough about that actual law but it seems really shady to say the least.
