  2. I'd be too much of a s***house to do it myself, but shouldn't someone have a word with him about that shirt?

  4. I'd put a cheeky fiver on him signing for us, you know (I have no sources or anything, just an inkling)
  5. nice idea Tosh, but I think it would be a mistake the thing would be horrible, and troublemakers would turn up from both side - there'd be no busies to seperate us, and it would kick off both on and off the pitch
  6. famous for it at one time, wasn't he? Roy Keane was always alluding to it

  10. I'm in both of those categories, but I still agree with you don't generalise about middle-class, Guardian reading armchair fans with a superiority complex
  11. you brought it up
  12. I know the question wasn't addressed at me, but I'm bored in work and itching for an internet argument to pass the time if my mate broke his leg and was taunted, I'd be annoyed when it happens to a complete stranger, I couldn't give a s***

  15. I agree with all of that, but am not sure how it relates to Smith's injury or G Neville's mum's bum
  16. Munich songs were 'acceptable' for a long time. And the Kop used to chant "Die you b*****d" at injured players. You're harking back to a golden age I'm not sure ever existed
  17. he said that about Josemi
  18. he didn't half go a funny colour. I honestly thought he was dead for a second. Broken leg and dislocated ankle, though? Pah. In the 70s, Tommy Smith had both legs amputated at half time, and still played the full 90 minutes
  19. I've sung Shipman songs at the match myself, so I certainly won't try to be Houllier-than-thou I do feel s*** about it afterwards though: the victims' families don't deserve it as for singing about someone breaking his leg, or shagging his mum up the s***ter, it ain't classy, but it's hardly the worst thing I've ever heard
  20. should be able to attract Rooney to the club with the Money Cash Hoes
  21. sounded like a lot of ours were singing "John Arne Riise, I wanna know if you broke his leg"

  24. I just can't imagine that Jay-Z, wealthy as he is, would want to piss away money on a football club. They're notoriously bad investments although I can see the attraction of 'Gunners'
