Suso in talks for a new contract according to the echo.

I like Coates. I would rather give him a spot over, say, Toure. But if Agger stays there's no way he'll get any game time, in that case we'd be better selling him as the two are quite similar in the way they play. I reckon it might be Lovren and Sakho either starting the season, or getting more minutes together the longer the campaign continues.

Injured apparently, out for six weeks.

Pepe's distribution and overall composure is better than Mignolet's. It's just the flapping at the crosses that lets him down. I'd love for Pepe to get another chance.

Weird that we've heard nothing since. With the weekend coming up it'll probably be next week before anything happens.

Sigurdsson to Swansea. Dodged a bullet on that one, vastly overrated player.

Can off for Ibe. Looked to have strained something.

Borini starting is a bit weird.

Pepe part of the squad., so are Mignolet, Jones and Ward. Bit weird taking 4 goalies, would've thought a couple of kids might've got a chance instead. Maybe Pepe's staying after all?

'Twas Suso, fluffed the clearance.

Right, that's us relegated this season then...

Argentina should be down to ten here
