I dunno about only one major signing come the summer I'd bank on at least 2 or 3 tbh. As for the youngsters it seems logical to get them in now as it gives them plenty of time to get used to a new country, league etc and by pre-season they might even be ready to push for a 1st team spot..

Still think we are 3-4 players short and when I say that I don't mean 3-4 stoopidly priced players i.e. £20m+, although 1 or 2 would be nice I'd just like to see Rafa being able to go that extra mile, when needed, and sign players in the 10m to 15m range rather than having to shop around in the lower reaches, Alves in the summer was a classic example. Also I agree with Cobs it wasn't so much the new players that were to blame for our poor start but a mixture of poor form shown from our senior established players coupled with the odd injury here and there.

looked very good today and if he keeps up that sort of form I could see him becoming a regular at LB....very good on the overlap me thinks, something we don't see often enough..
