Why are we not putting an offical complaint to the FA, re Evra's remarks to Suarez?

I had course to speak to one of our legal guys today, the company is worldwide doing mostly security work. He also is a Liverpool supporter & this was the first time I had spoken to him, we then talked about the FA & 8 match ban, he said to me that because of the treatment that is being dished out to him was due to the FA taking the law into its own hands? because his human rights where being branded by 3 none legal members of a board "FA". I said to him though that the FA had no recall. He then said this charge could effect his whole life style & lively hood. as he was not sure due to him being not European that he could take it to the European court but would ask some of his colleagues. I am sure some on here may know different. Would be nice to think he could.

This is from a someone I know in London, think he sums it up, oh yes he's coloured. No not at all, I'm saying they went in heavy handed, instead of pointing him out to a copper to have a word or arrest him if not giving back. Talking to the senior steward this morning who works at my place, asked him what happened when the ball went in away end, as a few stewards went into the crowd and the bloke who kept it chinned one . Also five lads where not let into ground as they had a few scoops. Told him in no uncertain terms what c***s they are just for a ball, his answer "was we cant afford to loose a ball where not Liverpool." They had just earned more money than they will all season through our visit, yet could of caused more trouble just for a ball. No Marks they are.
