  1. I had/heard similar reactions after Istanbul tbf
  2. Why thank you
  3. No chance. Lovren is much more solid. Sakho, as great a guy as he is, just does some bloody stupid things during a match, even when he's having a good game. Lovren has looked much more like the real deal this season
  4. No he wasn't. Firmino was awful. I said before, when he isn't on his game, he looks slow, lethargic, barely nuisance value
  5. That's surely too much to ask for.....isn't it? What a player that lad is. Pure class
  6. How about a 5 seater if you are feeling extravagant? £5K
  7. Firmino and Coutinho first, followed by Milner and Can and Llalana and......well all of them
  8. Is it being too harsh saying a top keeper should have pushed that away rather than back into the goal mouth, or that he shouldn't be beaten on his near post?
  9. Being taken to school tonight. No shame being beaten by a team like Dortmund with the olayers we have compared to the , but the whole team had Moreno disease in the first 10 minutes. Get Firmino off for Sturridge IMO. When he's off his game, he's hardly even nuisance value
  10. When was the last time we had an affinity with the away fans like this?
  11. Well I was, just wasn't communicating it very well. I obviously remember the big Euro nights in the past, but like I say, that's hardly the norm is it
  12. It will indeed, but I'm talking about the norm, not the exception.
  13. No, because IIRC, Dortmund have this every week don't they?
  14. Yeah, I should have put in a codicil, mot withstanding CL quarters and semi finals. Certainly the exception and not the rule
  15. Seeing all those scarves aloft in Dortmund last week was a throwback to the 70's on the kop. Doesn't seem to be a thing anymore. Shame. Was one hell of a sight
  16. He picked him for a specific job. That job will be different on Thursday, and I fully expect Sturridge to play What I am saying is, that it would seem that people think Origi should be ahead of Sturridge on merit, which I personally think is completely wrong. Sturridge showed signs on Saturday that he was getting to the level we know he should be at. So form and fitness are there, which makes him our best striking option easily. IMO
  17. So after a couple of decent games/cameos, Origi suddenly has jumped above the only truly world class striker we have in Sturridge Maybe if Sturridge was Belgian it would help? Just really don't understand this thinking

  19. Not at all. Three games left, 7 points needed. That was the time - and the opponents - to try and grind the win out. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but as Gerrard said, he feared when he hearse we're going to try and blow them away, as Chelsea aren't a team you can do that to. Especially with that c*** mourinho doing the tactics
  20. Great goal. Not a sniff all game and then bang, back of the net If only we'd taken that approach against chelsea a couple of years ago
  21. He's like Sakho, in that when he makes a mistake, it's blindingly obvious - the free kick he gave away could/should have been a red card. Sakho completely missing the ball from one yard and taking out a player to give them a very dangerous free kick position It's concentration/rocks in their head. Not sure how you can coach that out of someone to be honest
  22. Wheat are you talking about? Surely it's not that much different. If you can do batter please dough
  23. This is just really taking the biscuit now.
  24. You're just a gluten for punishment
