I agree with you. Too much time on here spent talking about Owens injury and very little talk about loosing Zenden for the season.

Has he apologised. I know the Malaria Foundation said he should, but didnt think he had. Would loose respect for him if he apologised for that, although i dont actually have any respect for him anyway.

Sounds like a good bit of business, although im basing that on what we paid for Josser and what they paid for Kromkamp (and having seen Josser play obviously). Id like to wish Josemi all the best. Not the worst player to play for us (despite what some think) and id say he enjoyed his time with us.

surely couldnt be a straight swap? The paid ?6m for him a few months ago, we are struggling to get ?2m for Josser. Anyone know if there is also a fee involved?

Im not an Owen basher but Owen was poor the last few months he was with us. I was really loosing patience with him, the number of times he stood with his hands on his hips when things werent going his way. He didnt fight hard for the team altough the whole team lacked motivation at the time. Samuel just talks b******s to be honest. I would like to know how you qualify for a Journo cos millions of people in this country could do better articles than him.

I Dont think Owen would have turned the Mancs down in the summer had they come in for him. Dont think the boos yesterday will change that either way.

Covers a lot of ground too Crouchy. Not rare to see him on the half way line winning the ball. Also see him run 30 yards to flick on the ball (and he always wins them). A hard working player with a good football brain. And the fact hes a likeable character just makes it better.

Hes superb at the minute. Confidence is high and everything is going through him. One of our most important players at the minute. I was a little mystified by Rafas decision to go for him, but hats off to Rafa. He knew what he wanted and now so do we.

Had a good game i thought. At times i thought he was taking too long to cross and kept hitting the first defender after being closed. But then got that cross in first time for Crouch. Great cross too. Certainly seems to be improving.

totally daft debate. Clearly Crouchys goal. Shouldnt even be a debate. To be fair to Sky, Chris Kamara, along with Rob and Alan Ball all agree there shouldnt even be a debate. Crouchs goal no doubt.
