Thats a key point to me I love Xabi. But sometimes i wonder if this costs us at all.

Decent defender I would disagree with very very good one he cuts out a lot of needed over the top heriocs by just good placement sheparding players away from dangerous situtions and cutting out angles sure you dont seem him flying in very often but thats because of good placement mainly. Average going foward I would say he was good going foward but lacks pace. As for the hoofing it foward and being not a good passer i think thats a joke he doesnt try 60 yard passes that often for sure but giving the ball to a liverpool player he is exceptional. I wish he did offer a bit more support sometimes going foward as when he does do it it often gives us a edge down the right hand side. That being said i think his positional play might suffer. Also its nice to see a player who seem comfortable with the ball with both feet.

I am not Finnan is one of the most underated players ever. TBH i think thats due to him being quite dull.

I think he should look to be part of rotation he doesnt want to be playing 60 + games a season as he is a injury waiting to hapen 30 games a season would be fine for him and would allow good rotation.

No because some player might be getting 4th all season but wouldnt even get a point on that system. Finnan for me where as he hasnt been the best player on the park in a lot of games in the next game he is always just as good as before etc. Also youll find that most man on the match voting often favours a attacker as scoring goals catch's the eye.

Do you have you own opinion ? I support the manager but sometimes i might think he has it wrong /shrug TBH i havent seen Alonso going foward much more with Mash playing if anything Mash seems to take up or press further foward to good effect. The main difference is i have noticed the fullbacks and the players on the Wing seem to be comfortable knowing that the cover should be there for them to push foward etc. So as an attacking unit we do seem better. With regards to Momo being first choice in the future i think he will be I have a feeling that in the next year perhaps two we will loose one of our other 3 world class centre mids. Just a hunch.

Whats Peters goal ratio per starts ... as he is often a sub that comes on near end I think you'll find its quite high. I think theres some strange attitude towards crouch he seems to have to do that extra bit more as he is so bloody lanky and all over the shop but he is effective.
