A bloke I know runs a lovely little bar in Vilamoura, Portugal and they regularly have players in around this time of year. Was over there last week and talking to him about the Cuo Final, and he reckoned Pardew was the most down to earth genuine bloke you'll meet. And based on Saturday, I'd tend to agree. If we don't win it again next year I'd love to see them do it. They deserve it.

I've a pain in my a*** listening to gobs****s waffling on about Chelsea. Talked to a few today who reckon if they get Ballack and sign Shevchenko they'll be unbeatable and win everything. Horses**** Ballack going to United would make a huge difference Shevchenko to us would add up to 10 points a season Either one to Chelsea may improve them but if so only marginally. Is Ballack a major improvement over Lampard, Makelele or Essien? No, he's not ........ and they can only field 11 at a time. So stop wrecking my head closet Chelsea fans!!!

Just checked Paddy Power and we're 5/2 to beat the Chavs on Saturday. Seems like good value to me.
