I really don't see the problem in buying players he knows fits the system. The main reason we are not going for stellar names, is we simply haven't got that type of cash. How many times in the last decade or so have we played people out of position and hated it ?

This is the only part of the info I was given which put a doubt in my mind. The fee I was told was £15 million , but im not sure if that's with add ons etc or upfront (which I doubt).
