    what about a sell on clause ? - we really should have that with all our sales look at what we lost out on with heskey, we didnt get his full transfer fee, and then Brum sold him for 5.5m 5.5m and we're gonna be lucky to get 8m for Cisse so 5 goals a season = 5.5m and 19 goals per season = 8m

    I've become convinced we should go for Alves over Pennant, more for his running ability than anything else, its what we lack someone who can run and make things happen we have enough passers but we need players who will commit the defense especially out wide on the left there is the promise of Kewell and Gonzales, but we need a similar threat from both wings - hence we need Alves. Pennant would be better than we have, but would he take us far enough ? Alves and Anderson for RW
