    One thing we're not doing as well as we did last season is reclaiming the ball after the opposition does a clearing header. We always used to be able to have another go after one of our crosses got cleared

    I'd go with this team as well. Riise had a couple of very good seasons for us, and Finnan was just about the best right back in the league for several seasons. The Masch/Hamann one was the toughest choice. Hamann is one of my all time favourite footballers but Mascherano at his best is an absolute midfield beast with his energy and dynamism.
