Interesting how much input Jurgen's had into this, given it's a piece of club infrastructure that will outlast him by years and possibly decades. You wouldn't dare ask for that much input from the manager if you were some other unfortunate club with some no-mark boss six months into a standard 18-month reign that'll end with a run of bad results before the next no-mark comes in.
