  1. Yep, though f*** knows what we are going to do with him, he's been so average in recent years we now dont want him and his form has f***ed up any chance of moves to Atletico, Barca etc who have gone elsewhere. A free/loan to Napoli with us paying half his wages I guess.
  2. What else has he got to do to convince people?! He's been here 18 months and belted in goals from his first game. Scored plenty from the right wing when played regularly under AVB and scored 8 in 12 at Bolton. If he was foreign....
  3. Bit harsh booing Oscar and Fred, they're both s*** but it's hardly like it's just their fault and that doesnt help anyway.
  4. Oh my word. David Luiz so so bad
  5. Think my outright on Brazil has had it!
  6. Right footed Kevin Kilbane.
  7. His style is completely different to Rodgers though not to mention we had some horrific defensive displays when he was here anyway, the 3-1 at Bolton, 3-2 QPR etc. I think getting Martin Skrtel out of the way would help the most, like it did when Carra come in for him in 12/13 or when we had 2 clean sheets out of 2 without him at the start of last season.
  8. Yeah same here, not sure if its because he's not f***ing off to an English club or that Torres hurt so much it's numbed us a bit! I tend to think 3 years + is a good shift from a foreigner, as long as they show a bit of respect and dont f*** off to a league rival I'm ok with it. Besides, as amazing as he is he's one player, Ajax were serial bottlers when he was there, won f*** all, he left and they've won every league title since, Falcao left Atletico, the little underdogs were meant to fade in to the background after being decent again, they went and won the league etc. Of course theres plenty of of teams who get worse when their best player goes but I'm still pretty positive, the manager is more important to us than him in my opinion.
  9. Fulham today sent out a strong signal of intent to win promotion back to the Premier League after clinching an extraordinary £11m deal with Leeds for striker Ross McCormack. http://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/fulham-transfer-news-cottagers-sign-11m-leeds-striker-ross-mccormack-9591182.html Fuuuccckkking hell!
  10. Someone you wont rate no doubt.
  11. Luckily the manager who's been massive in that happening aswell is going nowhere then.
  12. We've defo got to get another quality forward, experienced or not. Dont see Borini staying, Sturridge will get injured so we'd just be left with Rickie. It's a tricky one, there doesn't seem to be a load of obvious young strikers like with your attacking mids/wingers like Shaqiri, Firmino, Markovic etc. So might have to overload on the talented young widemen and get an old poacher in.
  13. You need to watch him play, he's f***ing brilliant and Benfica fans are currently fuming that we've done them over on the fee.

  15. Just need to get a little dvd out to him, how we support our stars and how Arsenal fans boo theres off. The football we play and the capitulations they display. Can see why he'd maybe resent the move a bit though, Barca are pretty much saying you're just a poor version of Suarez, f*** off to Liverpool.
  16. Doubt Dzeko would fancy swapping benches.
  17. Yep, every article over here says "TV3 says...." "reports in Spain". Tedious.
  18. Sounds about right I reckon given the new tv deal, a bit of extra prize money and guaranteed CL football. No chance our net spend is zero thats for sure.
  19. Not a chance.
  20. Not seen anything in Willian or Mkhitaryan to say they're definitely better than Lallana. Willian seems to have gotten a load of credit in the season just gone for "working hard and tracking back" which kind of says it all really. Lallana's season was miles ahead of his.
  21. We dont need to find out, look at the start of last season, or his time at Bolton, or Chelsea when played regularly, he'll belt in goals wherever and with whoever.
  22. Southampton journo. Simon Peach @SimonPeach #LFC have seen a bid rejected by #SaintsFC for Dejan Lovren, although I am told it is far less than the £20million being reported.
