That doesn't surprise me, Arsenal have been passing the ball around all night and we've just been conceding possession and territory to them. We've been awful.

Alonso taken off, bet hes knackered, he has done nothing but chase the ball around this half.

They should be, we've got out of jail so far, our midfield has not done enough in this game to keep the ball.

Think that is the best option, gives us a different approach in attack.

We are playing like we would be satisfied with a 1-1 draw, a lot of players simply haven't turned up today, they are nervous.

Some sloppy passing by us still, Mascherano and Alonso have been guilty of giving the ball away cheaply on the edge of our area, dangerous game to play. Good effort by Kuyt.

He needs more than a good slap, Rafa needs to get hold of him and tell him to Man up because at the moment he is a nervous wreck, very timid and giving the ball away cheaply under little pressure. It almost cost us another goal and I'd be tempted to take him off for Riise because he just isn't stepping up to the occasion.

Gerrard and Torres are working together really well tonight, wow some imagination there from a free kick.

Brilliant response, great play by Gerrard, but major concern still from set plays, still can't believe how much space Adebayor had on the edge of our six yard box! Not convincing at the back neither and we need to stop giving away silly free kicks.

Whereas on the pitch, I have been very surprised at how Arsenal have started this game, I thought they would come at us at 100mph. Though I don't like it when our holding midfielders are sitting right on top of our centre backs almost conceding territory in midfield. Our first corner of the game.

Also their first goal, the free kick, was indirect, they ball went straight in and the referee gave it. Also I think later on in the game, St John had a goal chalked off for offside, when it wasn't. The ref was bent, no doubt about it, just to prove his guilt even more Tommy Smith at full time was kicking the referee off the pitch, ref took no action, no sending off not even a booking. -
Ferguson and Quieroz have both been charged with improper conduct.

Just admit it, they are the best team in England and will soon become the best team in Europe, give it to them now, just to ease the pain that we know will become a certain eventuality.
