Perhaps everything is genuine wrt the emails but the use of the phrase "f*** face" is really not that common in America. Looks like GolTV have stopped carrying LiverpoolTV. Setanta and FSC usually have the games but the GolTV thing was a nice backup.

Setanta showed a "classic" Liverpool v Newcastle game last night. Not the awesome 4-3 win, but the one we lost 2-1 in the 90th minute. Talk about kicking someone when they're down!!

Fair play to all those who showed. YNWA at the beginning was a bit on the dodgy side (who was the guy on the mike murdering it?!!) but some healthy "Ring of Fire" and "Livvvvvvvvv-errrrrr-pooooool" singing followed. Americans just don't seem to get the concept judging from the confused stares in the direction of the largest singing group. Only complaint was the prices on the concession stands. And what was up with $25 for a freaking FC Dallas cap? Wife was getting cooked bad in the sun so I had to spring for one, but then noticed there was a lower price underneath the place that had $25 written in magic marker. Still, the screens were huge and I fully expect to be back there for next year's final C'mon ye mighty Reds!!!!

Made the game nearly unwatchable with the stop/start video. Sunspots, my a***. Almost, yes *almost*, flipped over to the Setanta coverage of the Werder Bremen game (who were they playing again?!).

No s***. Really pisses me off when they do that whole "After the break we'll hear from xxxxxx" and then all you get is the PeoplePC.com commercial in Spanish (that is kinda trippy to listen to tho), then straight back to the presenter with no sight nor sign of the promised interview. I wanted Liverpool TV to be more about the club itself rather than concentrating purely on that week's game. I wanted behind the scenes stuff, match buildup, hear from fans arriving AND leaving the games etc. Some atmosphere, you know? Don't get me wrong, I *love* the footy but now being an OOTer I really miss the buildup to the games. Sitting on the couch, drinking Carlsberg, signing FOAR, by myself is quite sad
