I'm not sure the likes of Carra, Fowler and Gerrard should be as high as they are. These lists are always going to favour the modern era players. I think the older fans would have the likes of Hunt, St.John, Yeats, Liddell, Stubbins, Scott etc... higher up. Having not had the pleasure to see those fellas play it's hard to vote on reputation alone. Souness should be in the top 5 but I think his management spell and links with that rag will count against him. Great player though. Can't argue with King Kenny, my top 5 would be : 1.Dalglish 2.Barnes 3.Souness 4.Rush 5.Hansen my all time favourite LFC player is still Paul Walsh - I was about 13 when he signed and he was the player I wanted to be. He was small in height (like me) and played up front or on the right, as I did for my school and club. He had brilliant dribbling ability and at the time I wanted the oh so cool (or so I thought!) long hair he sported. All the girls in my class fancied him as well, that was another plus point to an impressionable 13 year old!!!!!
