Invasion last night (on E4) still had the titles running and it went for a break..

 

The F1 on ITV had 3 breaks in 25mins yesterday. Unwatchable due to that. Someone needs shooting for that one. The sponsors ad had some chicken talking to a driver, most annoying ad ever too!!
