I love that ad, it's absolutely spot on. Financial services staff, I deal with these c*nts all the time, the tosssers who give you a smarmy smile and a caustic comment whilst completely fecking ignoring what you're saying to them.

 

The best one of all was The Woolwich service centre.

 

'You sent in a copy of the clients passport for ID but the photo is really blurred and we can't accept it'

 

'She's black, it comes out black'.

 

'but we can't make out the photo'

 

'I know, she's black. Black people's photo doesn't copy and besides I'm registered with the FSA and have authenticated it as true copy, it's perfectly acceptable'.

 

'hang on'

 

two minutes later

 

'We will accept the photo (That's FECKIN BIG of them) but the passport's not very clear either the number etc hasn't come out, you'll have to send another copy'

 

Have you scanned it from my copy?'

 

'Yes'

 

'I have my copy here, it's clear as day'

 

'well send it in then'

 

'I've already sent it in'

 

'but it's not clear'

 

'yes it is I have a copy in front of me'

 

'Our copy isn't legible'

 

'well your scanner is fecked then isn't it'

 

'no it's not, send in another copy'

 

 

This went on for about 5 minutes and I gave up.

They make me so mad. :angry:
