Beatles Yesterday and Today album (Butchers cover)

A woman from work told me the other day that she has this album and brought it to work today to show me. It has the famous butchers cover and is in almost perfect condition. It's the stereo version of the album and has the issue number ST2553 on the spine. She also had a from Ron Tepper at Capital Records dated June 14 1966, requesting the return of all promo copies of this album (however the letter itself looked more like a copy to me than and actual typed letter).

 

Do any Beatles experts know if it's worth much? I know some sealed versions of the album go for about £20,000 but are others quite common? Where could I find out how much it's worth or get a rough estimate of it's value?

 

Hope it's worth a bit because she's a nice lady.
