Verizon internet . or internot

so I'm moving. arranged the appointment far enough in advance that they are arriving at the new house at 8am on a saturday to install cable services. Its the only decent reliable service and decent speed (normally 40+) so I can work from home when I need to.

great. So I wake up this morning with the plan of workign from home, starting and finishing early. gives me time to get loads done, watch Uruguay live and pack ready to move.

but no - the internet is out. check the TV - its out. Reboot, install java with a hammer etc. nothing.

so i call them. they have cut my service off as I'm moving. 24 hours early.

takes me an hour talkign to them to find out that they f***ed up. they are sorry but as the account is closed they can't reopen it. they can do me a new account and connect it on Tuesday.

the buch of incompetant turds. total and utter w***faces. no clue how to fix it. trainign means they say sorry a lot but they can't do a thing.

who the f*** would cut off an account 24hours early and not bother telling the customer. Oh yeah verizon you bunch of minging c***ing turd eating useless uncaring unthinking milk curdling group of mass moronisism. If you looked at your family tree it'd be a telegraph pole. when you have a family reunion its a town f***ing meeting.

Verizon invented the toothbrush. had anyone invented that they would have called it a teethbrush. total and utter w***stains.
