What would the typical skills of an IT System Administrator be ...

I live in a remote area which is pretty much an IT skills vacuum. By a miracle, a job has come up within reasonable driving distance. It is for an IT Systems Administrator for a Software house (Microsoft shop) that authors web-based IT solutions to private healthcare providers. I have IT experience, but not as a System Admin - Can anyone give me any quick (interview/chat is on Friday) links to good resources that might outline the roles and responsibilities of SysAdmins?
