Rory Fitzgerald Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 Tremendous servant. I really hope he becomes a top boss. He has worked under some great people that have had different qualities that he could soak up. Evans was bootroom, Houllier was ruthless and turned the club 360, Rafa was a tactical genius, Hodgson showed him what he needs to avoid, Dalglish demonstrated how you put the club first and circle the wagons, Rodgers shows what you can achieve when you are young. Thereafter, he has worked with some top coaches in Patrice Bergues, Pako Ayesteran and Steve Clarke. He's a sponge when it comes to football so if he can absorb & apply what he has been exposed to over the last 15 years he could go a long way in the game of management.

I hate this expression, it sounds like he kept it the same.
