Use SpotFlux - its a proxy type thing that fools the internet into thinking you are in the country of origin for such broadcasts. Works with NetFlix too.

 

Its free and I've found no virus/malware present after using it but as ever use at your own risk... you can enable/disable it as and when you want to use it. I wouldnt expect it to work from a work situation but from a home PC it does the job...

 

edit - and if it 'outs' those overseas fans, then all the better!
