DJS Posted November 26, 2011 Posted November 26, 2011 Just wanted to know what the deal is with parking restrictions in the city centre on bank holidays and specifically boxing day. If there's pay and display parking bays or carparks, are the restrictions regarding cost and, more specifically 'maximum stay 2 hours' etc voided on Bank Holidays? I'm potentially looking to stay overnight after the Blackburn game and where i'm likely to stay doesnt have its own car park, but has limited parking outside it via the form of pay & display bays. Not sure if there's a limit to how long you can park there, but if restrictions dont apply on Boxing Day then it wont matter. Anyone know about this? Cheers.
