So Green Flag decide not to listen to my request to cancel my breakdown insurance, and instead renew it on it the 4th, I get the letter today.

 

Bad enough.

 

I then call Green Flag, using the menu system to get the point where you press 1 for accepting a renewal, 2 to change something on the renewal or 3 to cancel the renewal.

 

Stupidly I press 3, and am put on hold for 22 minutes until they disconnect on me. Next time round, I press 1 and get through to a person in 34 seconds.
