I'm trying to buy a house and, strangely, wasn't upset that the vendor rejected my bid for 430k (Aussie) but stated that they would accept 440k.

I can't get over the fact that my inner monologue went something like "it's what we paid for Kenny, it's got to be right".

 

Stupid, but happy.
