Been trying to sell my property for a while now, had a few silly offers but nothing i'm prepared to accept. We are desperate to get somewhere bigger though cos of the kids and are considering renting out our property whilst renting a bigger property ourselves until the market picks up.

 

Has anyone any experience of doing this, what are the ptifalls ? Should i try and do it privately or go with a letting agency ?

I've spoken to my mortgage company about it and they seem fine with it.

 

Advice needed as i'm usually rubbsih at this kinda stuff !!
