Getting a new passport

You bunch of incompetent f***ing c****.

 

I get the forms. I fill them out SPECIFICALLY as per your instructions.

 

I send them in –paying way more for the service in the US than I would do in the UK.

 

And they get rejected – after 6 weeks!!! And why – because they are not countersigned. EVEN THOUGH YOUR INSTRUCTIONS THAT GO WITH THE FORMS SAY THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE IF THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN THE PHOTOS FROM LAST TIME.

 

Oh and you want a copy of the US passports or Green cards for the applicants.

 

THEN WHY DIDN’T YOU f***ING WELL ASK FOR IT ON THE APPLICATION.

 

 

And if I want to contact you to ask about this I have to call a PAY LINE – but its ok because you’ll take my credit card number and CHARGE ME for the f***ing privilege of asking you why you are so f***ing incompetent.

 

 

And I only have a few weeks before I travel so I guess I’ll have to do what you ask and also pay you more money because you rejected the application. c**** the f***ing lot of you.
