I attended Spain vs SA on Saturday night. The atmosphere was great, vuvuzelas weren't an issue for me.

 

I've checked out the piece on the guardian Link and level of dislike is pretty strong.

 

I can report that a low proportion of spectators blow the horn, probably less than 20%. And that the sound seems constant because different people blow at different times.

 

So: lets hear it.
