Domestic Energy Assessor/Commercial Energy Assessor

The reason I'm asking is, I have been accepted onto a course to train for and get acredited for both of these roles, the down side is it costs a few grand to do the course. I don't want to splash out and then find there isn't the work out there, I know the Domestic side has been saturated but I'm not sure about the situation on the commerical assessor side.

 

If anyone is an energy assessor and can shed some light on what is like regarding the amount of work available that would be great or if anyone knows an assessor or the amount of work available, particularly on the commercial energy assessor side that would be useful as well.
