Hong Kong, San Francisco, LA and Vegas

I'm spending 4 nights in SF, 2 nights in LA and 3 nights in Vegas in the summer.

I was wondering where are decent places to stay and what should I go and see given the limited time in each venue?

 

I think we intend to go and see San Francisco Giants play and whilst in LA, we are going to see Hold Steady in the El Rey Theatre.

I am also in Hong Kong for a few nights, so same question applies.
