Since I moved to England I haven't spent much time with my Irish mates so we've all got together and decided to do 4 days in a European city next year.

 

I need suggestions....

 

I've heard Warsaw is excellent as is Sofia. I would like to go to Prague but apparently the novelty has worn off with that city now and is pretty much as expensive as any other.

 

Any other suggestions. As you can tell we need cheapness.... but quality for it.
