complaint about car dealer

I need a bit of forum advice regarding a dodgy car dealer.

 

Quick synopsis.

I ordered a new car in April from this specific car broker. I was told 6 to 8 weeks. Basically I have been lied to non stop from that point forward. It came to a head today when I complained about the length of time being taken. The reply I got left me gobsmacked to say the least.

 

"I will no longer supply the car to you.

 

I am very sorry but we have certain rules we work to in this trade and customers complaining is one of the rules we do not tolerate."

 

So they have a rule in the motor trade about not letting customers complain!

 

Anyone any ideas who I should be reporting this too?
