Endtroducing is brilliant (deluxe edition has extras) but Pre-emptive strike, which is a collection of b-sides and singles is better, IMO. Start with these 2.

2nd album - Private Press is good, too - latest album was pretty poor, however.

You can buy the DVD/Cd of him live in Brixton which was excellent - there's also a live in texas which is good.

Brainfreeze and Product Placement, the two mixes he did with Cut Chemist are great too.

Last mix I got of his was Funkyskunk which is good, too.

Get "Endtroducing..." One of my favourite albums. It's a perfect introduction to DJ Shadow.

Seen him DJing live at the Carling Academy in Newcastle too, which was great. I find "The Private Press" to be a bit hit and miss, and "The Outsider" was very dissapointing.
