Just a thought from the meeting last Saturday, in that there is possibly a conflict of interest between the stated aim of getting supporter representation on to the Board ASAP, as an immediate and not just longer term aim, and the desires of some for a more direct form of action.

 

Not dismissing the latter in the least, just think that it makes it more unlikely for any owners to accept fan representation on the Board if said fans are seen to be undertaking some of the options that were outlined in the meeting.

pretty crappy answer I know, but at the moment that's what people are doing: thinking about it and trying to work out what the right course of action is

 

events moved the goalposts for us, and that's why fan representation has moved up the agenda

did I ever say 100%? not a rhetorical question, I actually can't remember how I put it, but yes I'm still confident - can't define 'near' though, and personally, I'm not expecting news this week or next
