Stag Do

My brother's getting married later this year. He's having his stag in Cork on the second bank holiday of May and I have to arrange it.

 

What is there to do in Cork then? I was thinking of the dogs on the Saturday night, but don't have much apart from that.

 

Any general tips for arranging stag dos would also be of use. Cos I've not really got much of an idea so far.
