She was suitably apologetic, and "repaired" the handle with super glue. I don't have confidence in the repair though, so I may repay her by accidentally breaking her Doctor Who mug. I don't want to be too harsh on her; she didn't complain when I stuck my This is Anfield sign above the stairs.
