The murder case in Goa

A terribly sad case, and I hope that the family get justice for what happened, this is in no way intended to distract from that.

 

But I noticed on the press coverage that her and her family (mum, boyfriend, 5 other children) were on a six month holiday out in Goa - how on earth did they manage to wangle that with the local education authority/school?
