They're not going down, are not completely out of the picture as far as top six is concerned, and will probably finish top 10. Decent first half dozen games, dodgy second half dozen, it's a ridiculous time, situation, reason to sack him, been there five minutes, and it's hardly as if they are six point adrift in last place.

"playing well"

I'm pressuming the clueless (from both manager and players), insipid display against us, was just a one off then.

He thinks Spurs are playing well too. Last time I checked, they conceded 3 to Birmingham.

:D

Coming across as an Allardyce apologist, Spurs just cannot defend, they're very potent going forward, up there with near anyone. They've mostly had the better of games and I've not seen them dominated, it's just some pretty basic failing of organisation and individual errors that are doing them.

I read a version of that, I think in the Telegraph. And tbf, Allardyce is well within his rights. It says more about the slack attitude of some of the players there more than anything. Sounds to me that the senior players like Given have had to much of a say with past managers, and just want to carry on with the easy life they lead at Newcastle.

Today’s politically correct society believes it’s disruption, but it’s an everyday occurrence as a manager.

What the hell is that meant to mean? Politically correct?

Any manager (particularly a buffoon like him) is going to struggle at a club who's recruitment policy is NOT to say "come to our club and we'll challenge to win trophies" BUT saying "come to our club and we'll pay you lots of money".....

That said I hope the fat c*** fails and leaves them in an even worse state than now.
