Murphman Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 (edited) I have had a visa card with Co-operative Bank since 1993. I haven't used it for a couple years and I only use it occasionally if I'm on holiday and want to keep track on how much I've spent, in fact doing this helped me uncover a fraud on the card when I was billed for petrol submitted AFTER I got back from the states, but that's another matter. I received a letter this morning telling me the credit limit has been reduced from £10000 to £500 to ensure I don't borrow more than i can afford??? I called them up and told them this card was now of no use to me at all, the reply was, well you have a zero balance and don't use the card plus it's decison taken on your overall financial profile generally, I'd be best advised to send in an experian credit file and they may reconsider. How about you stick it up your arrse love? Edited November 16, 2007 by Murph
