I thought he had a good game today. he worked well between the lines and worked very hard. he tired later on, but continued his good display from tuesday.

I agree, he was better than crouch today. However i thought he was beginning to tire just before he got subed. that could have been the reason.

 

I must say, I have reserved judgment on him from the beginning of the season, however i think he could be a good player for us.

I`m probably one of Voronins greatest fans on this forum, but today I thought he was only decent.

 

He did some great stuff, but it was only bits and pieces, I think he was poor in posession and he made the wrong choice a couple of times today.

 

I had him in my vote today, but that was only because no one really stood out, Masch would have been my third choice today, but a couple of times when Voronin should deffo be in the top three he has missed out, and I think he deserves better.

Has played very well the past two games. He's deceptively quick and can beat the line if the right ball's played to him. His link up play is very good, too. Just needs to improve his finishing.

I'm also really impressed that, for a striker, he tracks back like mad when we lose the ball and it looks like something dangerous is on for the opposition. Really impressed so far. Just needs a haircut

Part of the reason I think he kept Crouch on was defending and attacking set-pieces. Crouch made a cracking clearance towards the end.

I thought the reason he kept Crouch on was to keep Fulham's defenders occupied with 2 players that would play on their shoulders rather than keeping Voronin on and having him deep and the Fulham lads focused purely on Torres because to be honest, Gerrard was pushing on so much and Benayoun and Babel were more likely to come inside that you would have 4 players supporting 1 striker but with Crouch it evened it up at 3 supporting 2 strikers (but hey, thats my opinion)
